We’ve recently tuned a great Audi A6 3.0 tdi 233bhp complete with an EGR delete.
Given it had done over 100k, the EGR valve was quite blocked, and would eventually fail, as they all do.
We set about writing a bespoke tune, and we should have achived 275bhp and close to 400lb ft after the tune.
Results so far a reduction in a 0 to 60 time by 1.5 seconds.
