EGR valves, or Exhaust gas recirculation valves, to give the full definition, are as the name suggets, to recirculate gases, before they escape. All good for a short period of time, then in most diesel engines, they will fail eventually.
Customers are then faced with several options, firstly pay for new one/s, which can be an expensive option, or have them bypassed.
On some engines, you can simply fit a removal kit like here on a 3 litre BMW engined Range Rover L322.
:
On later land Rover engines, the 2.7 TDV6, egr failure is getting more common.
Here not only do we blank the egr valves off, but it is essential to also re programme the ECU, to stop the EGR from activating and causing more problems.

We can do this at the same time of remapping your Land Rover or Range Rover TDV6, or any other engine.
We can of course fit genuine replacement items if you wish.
